i failed. I didn't CTB. I was so scared. I guess that goodbye post I made was for nothing. Damn it. I don't know what to do. I feel so embarrassed and ashamed.

It's normal to be scared, CBT is undoubtedly hard and sometimes even really stressful. There nothing to be ashamed of.

I really wish it's more straightforward to cease existing, but anyway best wishes, it's dreadful to me how existence doesn't come with an permanent offswitch to just easily die in peace.
