I don't want to live on the street or in a mental hospital...I don't haave the ability to fuction anymore. This is no kind of life. I want to die

I have tried tapering...can't go through Years of wds...I can't STanD this pain! did you get help?
I run in circles all day long! I go on here because the akathesia is so bad I have to madly type. I just keep going back to my sleeping pills because sleep is my only escape! I scream when I wake up

mmm, at the minimum, the last few mg of tapering is apparently the trickiest, since random variation from half a pill or smth is apparently variable enough to randomise its effects a bit
