It feels like everything I do causes people to yell at me. I try to fight back but it's hard.

Can you give an example?
I scared my mom once. I was trying to get to a hotel and drink my sn and she went like "HUHHH??!!" really loud and mad.

There was another time on here recently I saw someone's post about hanging and said that I heard you can be screaming for hours. Then one guy says not to worry about e because I'm scaremongering. I told him that I didn't know where he got that from and he was all angry at me.

And then a long time ago I had to use the bathroom and when I explained that to my teacher he as really angry with me.

What you perceive could be disproportionate, many times due to anxiety we feel guilty of all the bad things that happen around us. However one thing I learned as a kid that you don't have to give weight to what other people are doing to bring you down.

This is what I struggle with. I used to tell myself not to care what people think and stuff but it still came over me. it just comes over me and i can't stop it. this is a never ending battle with me. it's exhausting.

i'll always feel guilty when i snap at someone or if someone yells at me but i have to remember not to give weight to what people think.

Be ruthless.
You have the possibily to be whatever you want, you should let nobody influence you in anything. Remember YOU ARE THE ONE IN CONTROL.
