Same, all I do is bed rot and watch tv shows. I don't have the energy to go grocery shopping half the time, I feel so worthless. People who work and do lots of chores don't really understand it. I don't cook I just eat premade stuff from the grocery store.
I'm sorry you feel drained like this. It really sucks.

I feel you. There is nothing much to my life. It's like being at 10% battery mode. Even fun things can become a chore. I hate this perpetual misery, I wake up every day just a little more fed up with it
