I hate myself and i halve a very low self esteem.

I hurt all those that get close to me.

I had a fiance and well.. Yeah single now.


Between you and i.....

Best we can do is work on our selves and get back on out feet.

Im here for you man or women.... And it might seem like we are in the shitter... But its really not

All we can do if move forward and get back on our feet and continue our lives.

It may seem like we are down but in reality their are way worse shittier situations we can be in.

I lost my family. My fiance. My job. My self reslect and dignity.

If i can say we can bounce back up...
Then we can.....
