SN in quotes, because this is what happened...
i like to take vitamins, but sometimes i will go an entire week without remembering to take them.
that had been the case recently.
so when i woke up (fasted), i downed 4 vitamins in one gulp.
and for an hour to follow, i had a slight slight "wanting to vomit" feeling.
very very slight... but it was there.
and it kinda worried me a bit, because it was only 4 vitamins.
usually i can take 10 vitamins easily, if i'm not fasted.
i'm just afraid to puke the SN up...
but i WILL be using a straw, maybe even one of those huge straws if i can find it,
so it can go down quicker
