Hydromorphone od?

I technically have somewhere to find D's, but was wondering if these would do the trick? Haven't seen anything recent on here about them, or their success rate. Thanks!

It's an opiate.... so it has the potential to work. But of course your tolerance, and physiological makeup will effect its success. Opiate OD are the most successful if you can mix them with something else- and do remember to use an antiemetic.

She should also take extra precaution that she is not found. Most paramedics have narcan on them all the time now.

For sure an antiemetic haha, I once took them just to see and I was puking all day the next day. Not fun. I wonder how long it would take to kill me?

Fuck, never considered narcan. Its winter here, and real cold, but maybe the opiate + alcohol combo would numb the cold? Might make it look more like a drunken walk gone wrong too, which would be nice for my parent's I guess. Less guilt on them...and me lol

Opiates and alcohol would also potentiate each other, which is good. How much hydromorphone do you have?

Well if you were going to shoot up some heroin (an opiate) you could be happily dead in 10 minutes. But pills take about 20 ish minutes to get converted to their active form - they don't do this in your stomach they have to travel to your beautiful liver first.... so you will have 20 minutes then I would say another 20-30 provided that you are for sure going die from this amount. You could be dead in an hour.
