Help with DIY exit bag

I know this has probably already been discussed but I would genuinely appreciate help making a DIY exit bag.. I probably don't have access to the proper materials but without exposing myself, I've recently gained access to a huge tank of helium. I will figure out the exact model and specifications of it to figure out if I can get a more precise picture but right now I'm thinking duct tape and trash bags will do the trick so long as I have a few hours of unsupervised time with it. Please help me with acquiring a painless exit.

I would advise you to get a large oven bag. Trashbags are usually pretty dark and that might cause you to panic.

Then you have to get yourself medical tape. Micropore is the name AFAIK.
And then you just need an elastic drawcord and a cordlock.

Should have fucking listened to you because I did exactly that. I couldn't get an oven bag at the time. Fucking hate everything. It slipped off and I pussied out because it was gruesome.

That is not a method to be half-assed, and you learned the hard way.

It is a HIGHLY technique dependent method and if you aren't willing to follow the detailed instructions, then you should forget about this method altogether.

Also, the helium you acquired, you never mentioned if it was pure or not. Balloon helium will not work.

It was a giant tank from a store I used to work for, I was able to order it for the store. It was from BOC Helium group or something. Whatever it was had me passed out in less than 30 seconds so I'm pretty sure it would have worked if it hadn't slipped off.
