Any reason in particular you want this? It is extremely dangerous and painful and should be handled only in spaces with environmental controls and lots of PPE.

Apparently I might be wrong. Allegedly you can buy it on amazon? I do not know the quality of the product but I made it all the way to "Purchase" without any red flags.

You should use an acid that by itself doesn't produce more unpleasant fumes when used. HCl shouldn't bee too difficult to be acquired anyway, dunno why you wanna import it.

It's not a good method anyway. (My opinion)

You can do it in a locked car in the middle of nowhere with warning signs.
