We're born and we die. We know we're dying. We're in our physical and mental prime for 15ish years and then it's all downhill. We, along with everyone we love, get old and die.
I feel some human problems are because of the anxiety we all have over the fact that we are dying.
We are dying and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.
