Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

im still at the process of trying to be better and ive been in this process in and out for so long, i cant escape this state i am in. whenever i try to improve and make connections, i subconsciously sabotage it. i hate being this way but ive been stuck for so long, i just regress to this state no matter how i move. i dont want to be this way anymore

Hi! Welcome to the community. Sorry that life pushed you to find us, but glad you did.
For me the kindness and support by others here has helped me through some tough times.
I think it's great that you're trying to recover! It's going to be tough but you can do this...
Just posting here, you've done more than I have in almost 2 years here - I don't have the courage to start a thread myself. See?
And you've already started making connections. I'm here!
First I think it's important to have realistic expectations of what "stable" is. You can have frequent ups and downs, even move from crisis to crisis and still be stable. It's about being able to surf the waves you're given that matters.
Your best chance of having a life that's not perpetually exhausting and that will help you "ride the waves" better is, honestly, have a good "why" and a decent source of income. Money talks.

progress isn't always linear, and self-sabotage often comes from fear, not failure. you don't have to hate yourself for what's been a survival response. you deserve to move forward gently, without shame, even if it's one small step at a time
i'm sure you're doing great so far. keep it up and don't be afraid of ups and downs- that just means you're progressing
