How your mental struggles affect your body

Well ik people can experience physical symptoms with their mental illnesses

Just wanted to share my experience and asked how are yours.

Mine can feel like intense migraines , nausea and body aches this happens whem I'm in a stressful or depressive episode.

Anxiety the typical symptoms if its extreme I can kust space out (idk how to explain it) sometimes I also throw up from stress or even sh beacuse of that.

These are mine , this open if you wanna share yours.

Mine can feel like I'm going to throw up like something is stuck in my throat. It can also feel like my legs are weak or tingly, like pins and needles but not numb.

I also get some chest pain the odd time.
