You'll need a very sharp knife and psychotic state of mind. Damaging carotid arteries is very lethal, but it is also very difficult to do it properly. Don't do that.

It was my chosen method before I found SS, consciousness is quickly lost and I thought I could do it. But doing my research it's become clear that, without being in a psychotic state, it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to cut that deep without being stopped by your survival instict. Also, it would be painful and messy af.
