Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hello all,

I don't have a drivers license, so I was thinking of sneaking off in the middle of the night to the garage where the family car is parked and light like 4 disposable bbq kits outside and wait till the fire is out and bring it into the car (duck tape the vents beforehand) and let it do it's thing. Would that be effective?

It's kind of risky as i'm scared of other people walking into the garage while i'm lighting like so many bbq kits lol (it's like a public garage?) or somebody noticing that i'm gone

But this method seems so peaceful to me, I just fantasize about passing out as i'm listening to my favorite songs.

I agree, it does sound peaceful. But to fight through your SI while doing all of that.... doesn't sound too likely to me. Who knows.

Thoughts and prayers to you in whatever may happen. 🙏

just be sure to not accidentally hurt others,
look up some articles where for example the wife comes home and the husband used this method in the living room,
so the wife also passes out because the fumes are so strong.
be careful with that.

I'm thinking of doing it this way too.

That's my plan too.

I've already booked a small, peaceful Airbnb for four days, about two weeks from now. It's close to the ocean, with a clear view of the mountains, and completely isolated. It should offer a calm and quiet environment for what I'm intending.

I've done quite a bit of research, and based on what I've read, these are the steps I've put together:

  1. Use at least 9 kilograms of charcoal. I know that's a lot, but it's better to overestimate than underestimate. A higher concentration of carbon monoxide increases the chances of quickly losing consciousness and reduces the time for hesitation or second thoughts.
  2. Light the charcoal outside, using one or two barbecue grills or metal trays if needed.
  3. Once the charcoal is smoldering (producing heat but little to no visible flame), bring it into the enclosed space.
  4. Leave it in the room for at least 30 minutes before entering. This allows carbon monoxide levels to build up to a lethal concentration.
  5. When entering, take five slow, deep breaths to draw in the gas.
  6. Sit down, play music, put on a film, or find another way to distract yourself. Based on reports, unconsciousness typically occurs within 5 to 15 minutes in a sealed space with high CO levels, and death can follow shortly after.

I appreciate you sharing this. Hope whatever happens all goes smoothly
