Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am unwell but fairly stable from an outsiders perspective. They see me as highly vulnerable (cultural thing) I wonder how far I'd get if I just ran away to go to a hotel. Would they have a way of finding me in time if they went to the police?

Mmmm... sorry I don't know much about English law. Did they take you to court for legal decision making? I.e. is a co tract you sign alone legally binding? Can you make medical decisions yourself without their knowledge? Etc... if yes it will depend on the law and your own resources. Does england have a waiting period before adults are considered missing? Do you have access to your own money (bank account credit card they can't access)? You can Google and research the law. In the U.S. it's perfectly legal for an adult to "go missing" technically. If you're not a provable danger to yourself or others they don't have to do anything and often won't. By this I mean legal. Of course they can do wellness checks. But your parents would have to know where you are. Cell phones and debit/credit cards are most easily trackable but if your parent don't have the legal right to access I assume the police ther would have to get a warrant or whatever england has that's equivalent. That's takes time.
