The inert gas method sometimes fail due to involuntary movements while people is unconscious... I have read here some people tie themselves up, but I don't understand how they do it... Could someone explain me? Thanks

You can use some straps to tie yourself to the chair or other furniture, securing last limb using teeth. Zipties might also work but i gather they might be a tad uncomfortable due to their "thinness". As for me, I plan to use bodybag to restrict any possible involuntary limb movement.

can you describe how would be the process to put the bag over your head and place yourself in the bodybag? Having in mind that you will pass 10 seconds after putting the bag in your head... Thanks

Oh, i plan using modified method that includes mask instead of bag or hood. I'd just place myself in the bodybag, leaving one hand free, then turn the valve on, don the mask and then i will have more than enough time to put my arm inside the bodybag and get cosy.
Here's my planned setup:
