How to reduce gunshot flinching ? i have autism and the gun shot sound startles me/makes me wanna meltdown. any drug recommendations or other recs ?

i have autism and the loud noise from the shot will make me flinch. I cant help it, is their any ear plugs or drugs i can take or use to stop me from flinching ? Its my biggest fear cause i know i will flinch, Is their anyway to reduce this or am i cursed so much im too retarded to take my own life ?

You wouldn't have time to flinch. The bullet would hit you before your brain had the time to react to the sound.
