Help How to make sedatives to pass out (non toxic best)

So I've been wanting to attempt for a long time now and I've just been playing around with different pills and household ingredients like bleach. And I've been trying to figure out if there was a way to make a sedative to pass out. For experimental purposes and trying it out to see if I could include it in my next attempt maybe. Itd be best non toxic. Wouldn't want to be sent to the hospital testing it before the attempt even happens. Planning on passing out while filling my car with gas. I won't go into detail.
