How to make people think you are doing better (before actually executing the plan)?

It seems that I can't refrain myself from letting others know. This could play in my favor in so far as people have stopped taking what I say seriously, but it also could derail my plans at the last moment. It is also a pain in the ass for them. It is better if they just get the shocking news and don't have to think that they could have prevented it.

I accidentally was a little bit too honest the other day, which did not work out in my favor.
but then people around me do not take me seriously anymore either.
telling me to do it-- telling me I will fail and become crippled, and that they will not care for me after i attempt, that i will be abandoned if i attempt and fail, as i abandoned them first, installing fear in me.

Honestly, I feel that if done progressively cutting contact is not that suspicious to people. They were never that interested in being in contact with me. I am a nuisance, they are busy and never contact me first. I could cut ties with everyone in my circles and little will happen. I often simply delete their numbers. Others I can't seem to get the strength of will to do it.

That's my experience as well. People just give up on you eventually.

Depending on how close they are to you. You can maintain a facade easily in social medias.

It would require more effort if you live with them. It's kinda the same facade except you need to do stuff regularly like exercise for example.
