Help How to make myself pass out hard enough so I get into a coma or into immediate medical care?

I need something real on how to either send myself into a coma (did a lot of research, but obviously Google won't help) or to make myself go into the Emergency Room for at least the next 48 hours?
I need something that doesn't involve pills and won't make me a vegetable. Unfortunately, I can't find any of the CTB Methods available in my country or without being stopped in time, so I have to ask for help with this. I've seen something about pressing in both sides of my carotid, basically strangling myself, but I've tried it several times and it's not working.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Brains are complex and unpredictable. There is no confirmed way to force yourself into a coma nor is there a way to out a timer on your injury. You also should not attempt methods meant to kill you unless you are ready to die.

I've been dealing with trauma from my childhood for most of my adult life and have been inclined into suicide since my teens, but the last 3 weeks have been my particular hell. I've lost my job, I'm in a country where the economic situation doesn't help much with finding a new job, my fiance left me and told me I'm useless and not important, I have no contact at all with my family, my car got hit 2 times while I was buying groceries and have a hard time keeping things afloat in general.

So yeah, I would gladly CTB but I was wondering if there's a way to just get away from everything for at least a few days before actually jumping from a building. And no, dealing with it ain't helping, as I've tried to do it for nearly a month and my mind just became a mental prison.

can voluntary hospitalize yourself, i guess? i don't think there's a way to send yourself into a coma without getting hit by a car, which would give you heavy injuries. you can eventually ask to be taken out afterwards.

I knew my request was a bit stupid, but the human brain sometimes makes us think and feel things that we wouldn't really wish on anyone.
It's just that I feel like loneliness always has been my nemesis, as I've always been aware that when I'm alone, I am a threat to myself. Whether it is due to stupid decisions or stupid thoughts, you name it.
Somehow, I was kinda hoping someone knows something that I don't, lol
