  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I alternate between moments where I desperately want to get better and moments where I can no longer do it and I want to ctb because the suffering and regrets are unbearable.

Does this happen to you too, how do you keep going with a dire mental state ?
Is there a way to trick the thoughts into continuing to move forward ?

I don't know what to do anymore, all I wanted was a normal life.

Normal is way overrated.

I've lived long enough to realize that my mental state swings both ways. While I'd really like more of a steady mood that is not going to happen.

there is unfortunetly nothing like "normal" life. The swings between those 2 moods are your own normal and they will be with u to some degree till the rest of your life u have to learn and navigate the good times and bad times either with experience or with the help of the professional. The best thing in my opinion u can do is beat out the thought of the "normal" life in your thoughts because like the word normal its all subjetive and focus on your own recovery :)
