This is a violent, psychotic world we live in. Just imagine reality was something governable. I can either live this nightmare where the most unspeakable events come true every moment, sometimes to me, sometimes to someone on the other side of the world from me, sometimes to someone related to me, but always in my history, in the world I live in, the world my parents or grandparents lived in, or the world the people who founded my country lived in ..... or I can not. But that 'not' is regulated by people who inherit the powers of those who caused the past horrors. And those who inherit may not be bad at all, they may not have any desire to continue the nightmare, but what are they supposed to do now that they're here and in those positions? We just go along. And I wish that could be okay. I don't WANT to get rid of myself; what I want is peace and quiet. But how do we get that in a world that seems (not saying 'is') designed to bludgeon our souls into submission? When you're told for decades not to fight back, what do you but submit? Yet even that's not good enough. In fact, it's prohibited. I think the entire mental health industry is run by sadists.
