I see some active users have the "Last seen" bit not showing up on their profiles. How did they do this?

If you go to your privacy settings on your profile you should see the option right here to have the last seen disappear.

Good to know. Personally I doubt I'm interesting enough that a single person is checking what I'm doing at any given moment, haha.
