how to go get the courage or convince yourself to do it?

i was curious if i mixed a ton of pills and drank alcohol with them would it kill me?....i bought anti nauseant pills, nighttime sleepaid liquid, acetaminophen with antihistamine nighttime, sleep aid extra strength pills, extra strength acetaminophen, and extra strength ibuprofen would all of that work if i mixed it with alcohol??, bought a few bottle worth aswell to help with the nerves....

As a wise person on here once said (I think Vizzy?) you will only be able to ctb when you are ready to ctb. For as much as I butted heads with that person back then, I never found a counter argument against that.
