how to get benzos, or alternatives?

At this point i've just accepted my psychiatrist refuses to give me benzos despite having panic attacks for years. She just keeps throwing different SSRI's and antipsychotics at me when the last one inevitably doesn't work. Is there another way to get benzos, or any easier to obtain medications that can help reduce SI?

Don't know where are u from, but i think u can get xan or similar on telegram. Anyway i take xan with a prescription, honestly is not a big deal.
