Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How to find purpose? Like genuinely, how do people keep going? Same question could apply to me since I'm still living and if the same logic applies I should have a purpose to keep living, but In reality, I don't understand why I am still living, just doing the same things over and over.

Are others doing the same? Because the more I go the more I become 'bored' and just filled with existential dread without understanding where I'm really going.

I never had any dreams or visions of myself in the future, I genuinely believe I will not make it till 30's, maybe will end it closer to 23-25. I never was talented in anything, creative or more 'applied' fields, so I don't even know where to start finding the 'purpose'.

I think it helps very much to be specific, and the more specific you can get about a problem, the better.

So if a friend of mine said they were struggling with purpose, I'd ask---what would you like to achieve? What are your goals? +Having a goal in the first place is a completely valid goal, too.

You sound like you are in your early 20's or younger. Good bets are school, employment or training to have a solid baseline, schedule and structure from which to build out your life. Therapy might be a good bet, too, especially if you've never tried it before.
Do you remember a time where life was better? What were your goals like then :} ?

People in general just do what they're told and what they feel like, and eventually end up with a whole bunch of things, constituting "the purpose".
I think very few people have "the purpose" bound to a single thing. And those who do are rather fragile.

At least that's how I interpret things.

Normally people suggest finding hobbies or trying out new things so I guess I'll give you the same advice but tbh in my experience I have a lot of hobbies and try new stuff out all the time yet none of it really gives me joy so I don't really know

Purpose is something one has to find and can differ from person to person as I think you already know. It's really hard to know where to direct you to find your purpose without knowing a whole lot about you~
For example, if you are religious, your purpose may be in introducing others to that religion and upholding its moral standards to the best of your ability :)
For me, I had a very excellent childhood with plenty of fun and just wish to preserve myself after that in spite of the poisons of the world surrounding me~ >_< Hence, I plan on marrying my bf and having kids with him~ :) So that we can experience our childhoods a wittle once again! ^_^
Basically, for purpose, you need to find some attribute of yourself that you care about, and that attribute should naturally connect itself to a goal for your life! ^_^
