How to find Case-based solutions for psychoproblem ?

I been struggling finding anyone with similar problem to mine so I could use this experience to find a solution. I wanted to find someone's similar story to mine where a person found a solution. Of course the probability of the person having similar problem to mine,finding the solution and posting it on the internet is like somewhere near zero,but I still wonder if you know any tools,ways to find what I'm looking for. I tried describing my problem to specialists,to anonymous forums,but it didn't end well.
