In my twenties I had severe agoraphobia and panic attacks too. Now I'm in my forties and still this problem that ruined my life (literally). As the other members said, reading a book, watching series, maybe drawing or create some art. I feel you're an artist. In the past, I've created som little sculptures and paintings. What i like in arts is the creativity and you can try to mentally escape. I haven't created since years but it could be a good thing to pass the time. I'm disabled too so I understand what you feel. And maybe see your doctor to talk about the side effects of the medication. Fatigue can increase anxiety but we all know it's a vicious cycle... When I'm too nervous inside and anxious at home, I do sometime meditation called "Trataka". It's very easy with just a candle. It helps to clean the eyes too (when you're on screens too much, which is my case too...)
