People with PTSD and cPTSD, how do you get into a headspace where you feel safe enough to fall asleep, rather than pass out from exhaustion? If you've learnt to do this.

only thing that helps me is sedatives. only issue is you will build up a tolerance no matter what, esp with OTCs as theyre all antihistamines
