• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have been in too much of emotional pain and don't have resources to commit suicide aside from full suspension from fan..
I don't have anywhere to share my experiences or emotions even after being surrounded by people and i don't really have the option to live for another month..i am really desperate to commit but past failed experiences make me doubt my every plan
Is there any way that i can feel a little less pain ??

well as a person with dissociative disorder I can tell you those processes start very young. Just call it fantasy land. You disconnect with reality. its not something that can really be picked up later in life I dont think. Takes a lot of time where it becomes a legit cope.

I'm also someone on the very, very yikes side of dissociation.

...And unfortunately, I really don't know if there is a way that you can even force yourself to dissociate. It's one of those things that just happens as a coping mechanism. It'll just happen.

The best advice that I have on dealing with emotional pain is to try and use some of those tools they typically teach you in therapy to dampen the strength of particularly charged thoughts and/or emotions. Maybe someone else might have an exercise or resource or something, I'm currently drawing a blank. Maybe even try searching the recovery section too.
