Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

You couldn't find anything on it because you didn't actually look.
You never read the sticky threads which hold all the info you'll ever need to know on every viable method. You just blew right past them. It was nice of people to link them for you, but if you had taken a few minutes to learn your way around, you would've found the info on your own.
