I think the people who really manage to beat the SI are not alive anymore... Hard to have answers. I'm just trying to desensitize my mind, the SI gets weaker with time.

I know you're fighting with SI and your method since several days. I'm sorry SI makes it so hard for you. I'm not sure whether alc. alone really helps here or not. Probably benzos / opiates would be better to really become calm.

When I was super depressed I downed a bottle of pills, cause I didn't care anymore, that's how depressed you need to be, in that state, you want death your brain fried in the state, as for fighting si without being mega depressed, get drunk that should help

As others have said, withering it away until you achieve a state of apathetic suicidal numbness is probably the best way. I don't know if you can really defeat it perse, but you can absolutely suppress it in totality more than long enough to complete your ctb. Alcohol or ketamine or dxm would also help.

I will try with alchol too
I spend half of the day on top of this chair.. but cant jump bacuse SI, it's really stupid because when im not on top of the chair im suicidal all the time
I know. Besides alcohol (a lot), the only solution would be to have someone helping you physically to kick. But that's impossible. Maybe a robot? An animal?

Maybe many of the people who manage to go through with this method just get so determined to leave, I certainly admire them and the courage that they had. But I think that those who would really know the answer to the question are no longer here, it certainly makes hanging sound easier than it actually is when you hear of people succeeding.
