How to ctb using the full hanging method ?

I have been through a lot of stress in life in the past few years and I have made my mind to ctb. I ordered SN but my mom found it and she threw it away. I have decieded to use full suspension hanging method now. There is a ceiling in my room which is connected to a hook which I can use to hang the rope against but can you please tell me more details about this method which I want to know:

1. How painful is this method?
2. What things I should keep in mind to do it successfully in 1st attempt?

She was banned from sasu and I also wonder why she was banned considering the fact how helpful her hanging information were and how useful it could've been for many if she were still here and one could ask her directly about hanging.
Although she was banned her hanging post still gets recommended everywhere so what was the point to ban her?

Exactly this. I used to consider hanging a last resort until watching some vids and seeing how quickly people pass out.

And it's a guaranteed success so long as not cut down inside a few minutes.

After that, the organism enters a phase of convulsions and spasms, which are involuntary and unconscious movements (although in some people it is barely noticeable, and in others it is more intense).
