Help How to Cope?

So, i shld be dead by now but SI won over me. I have to survive a week until my exam and I'm not really able to concentrate or focus . Idm because regardless of the outcome of my exam, i will probably die(unless i get a good job ofc which is highly unlikely) . But im feeling very very lonely , i ditched my online friends because im easily able to form bond with them which is messing up with SI . I don't even talk much with them tho. Now i have none to talk with and also don't want to talk with anyone or form connections to make my ctb easier but how do I cope these 4 days?

Maybe having friends that make life worth staying around for isn't a bad thing, you don't have to force isolation on yourself. Being alone sucks. A lot.

Well I'm also unemployed , depressed , this, that and ton of othe problem. The tradeoff ain't worth it.
