how to conceal rifle?

hi everyone, so i figured out how to use it to do what i need to do but i need to leave the house and find a secluded place near a tree in order to do it exactly like the other person did it, im trying to figure out how to conceal it though? i came really close to it by putting it in a backpack and loosing the straps and then laying my hair over it because my hair reaches my hips but i noticed in the mirror that the tip of the rifle pokes out from underneath my hair and im assuming its because im short

are there any other simple ways to conceal a rifle and bring it somewhere without a case? i don't have anymore money to buy one, im going to try and find my old violin case but i think i threw it out a while ago when we moved and it might be too small so im going to ask here just in case before i look, thank you for anyone that can assist !! if anyone needs to know it's a ruger 22 carbine rifle or so ive been told by the person who gave it to me

I'm not exactly sure because when i took pictures to look up how to operate it, it brought up many different types of guns- but they referred to it by that name anyways thank you again gotta go

I don't really know anything about guns or the details of your plan, but a 22 was the caliber that unfortunately failed to kill Ronald Reagan.
So I'm not sure whether the gun is powerful enough to do the job.
I hope someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in here.
Also, could you write more about your plan or how "the other person did it"?
