How to choke yourself to death?

100% impossible to do it with your own hands, you would need some kind of contraption.
as soon as you pass out from choking yourself, your hands loosens and you lose the grip on your neck

I've tried multiple times when I was younger and it's near impossible. The pain and discomfort makes you instinctively stop.

If you mean choking as in with your own hands, that's basically almost impossible.
Someone else would have to choke you to death or you would have to like..hang yourself
