I am going to be CTB very soon.
I am " blessed " in a way that I do not have any friends or family who will miss me / be grieving for me afterwards. That fact alone lifts a huge weight off my shoulders.
I am feeling anxious leading up to my plan to CTB (partial hanging).
I keep crying / making myself sick with nerves.
Does anyone have any advice on how to calm my anxiety down (most likely SI induced anxiety - ex: sweating , nightmares, shakes, crying fits insomnia etc.)
I can't eat, I can't sleep, and when I get to sleep I sleep for 10+ hours. Any advice would be welcomed.

Do not force yourself to make an attempt. It sounds like you are panicking over it and you are not ready. Suicide is not something that should be rushed or forced. The best chance of success is when both parts of your brain are in agreement on the decision.

No right. So many suicidal people are not right with the decision but still have to do it.

I am comfortable with my decision. This is truly what I want. I know no one will miss me. My life is functionally over anyway. I am comforted by the fact I will be gone soon. But the anxiety I have I believe is SI induced and also not helped by isolation

I am absolutely certain this is what I want to do.

I have no reason to back out, and am actually comforted by my decision.

But the anxiety I'm having feels like SI compounded by isolation and lack of a support system causing me to be nervous and anxious

Glad you are then, it is not the case for everyone.

Pre attempt (before) not post attempt (after).
And I agree that it doesn't sound like this is something you want or are ready for, even though you insist you are. I wish you luck either way.

your nervous system is reacting strongly as this goes against basic human nature to survive. perhaps give yourself some more time to process and prepare so that if this is the right choice for you, you may come to it knowing that feeling all this will be part of it and perhaps even less so when the time is right for you. (pre- attempt)

I don't think people aren't taking you seriously, just that it's true you must first feel ready for do it... But reading posts here and chatting with people can help you feel more relax about it.

Even though you will probably not like it I agree with other users: You might not be at a point where you are ready to ctb in the way it might not (yet) be realistic to ctb. SI is hard to overcome. Most people need a lot more resolve to ctb than they initially thought they would need. It is very possible to have rational reasons to ctb and not be able to get yourself to actually do it.
Maybe later on there might be times when it feels ok to have continued to live at this point, beause things got better at least for some time. Maybe you will nor get better and then at some point in the future be more certain of your wish to die (even if you believe you are certain now) to overcome SI. And last but not least aging should help, too. The older you are the easier it will be to convince yourself that there is not so much left for you to live for and probably SI will decline along with the body's resistance. After all older people not only are much more likely to ctb compared to younger folks, but they also have less chances of surviving an attempt.

All I ask is that you actually look and see if you can see what the rest of us are seeing.

What it looks like I'm reading is that you are in acute crisis, and that treatment for (at least) your anxiety would be beneficial.
