As the day comes closer, of my planned ctb, I'm finding it harder to stomach the reality of what I'm about to do. I feel as if I have no choice, it's the only way. I've been practicing and I'm worried SI might take over when I go for it on the day of or that I'll chicken out, but I need to do this. Any advice (besides booze) to help steel my nerves to go through with this?

I need to do this, it's what's best for me, I just need some help with the follow through.
