clarification

I've been suffering from anorexia for 8 long years, multiple times, I've got hospitalized, forced to recover my weight and do various inpatients.

all i never enjoyed, didn't make me recover, nor i want to.

i don't want to get better, and i continue to intend, on dying by my illness,
so, since my bmi is getting low enough for me, myself recognize it as a "danger"
I know soon it'll happen,

next time i pass out and end up in a hospital, i don't want no iv to give me nutritions.

do i hire a lawyer? what should i do?

I was on a feeding tube for 6 weeks because of anorexia nervosa a few weeks back which is why I was gone.
Shit part if since you were forced in you will be held most likely until you put the weight on and then you will have to lose the weight when you are out again.
My feeding tube was running 24/7 for the first few weeks and had to put on 4LB a week :( and now I am mentally fucked because of it and wait to lose it all again.

When you are forced in you somewhat have no legal rights as "Medical wellbeing and that" come first as they are so called trying to save a life.
Wish I knew how to help out but I was in the same situation a few months back

yes, i know, the first times i just pulled it out, or turned the drip off myself, it kind of helped my sanity lol, but then, after the third time i got a 1:1 at my facility and couldn't do anything anymore, it was mental torture, worse than watching gore for 24 hours straight.

i used to threaten the nurses that when my weight would be restored, I would be out and then, I'd kill myself and leave their names on the note because of their forcefulness on me, lol

they were just doing their job, everytime i just lost all the weight again, and went to different wards always a lower bmi.

I'm not physically and mentally ready, to eat, anything!!! I don't want to, and i don't want sympathy or recover hope, i can't recover, ! this is more important than me.

im so sorry you had to go through this, it's such a painful experience, i hope, you find the right path, that makes you feel good and comfortable, any road, is fine, as long as you feel nice during it, if you want to lose that weight back or not, please dont feel wrong, every choice is okay💖

I am just wishing the best for you. It is so hard and yes mental torture is what it was for me too.
TBH the admission has made things even worse now for me. Anorexia hs taken complete control of my mind now and will be going down hill again soon.
Can barely eat atm. Also are on a few medications so I can keep some foods down, without them I can not eat.
Then there is AFRID's on top meaning I can only eat certain foods. Fuck life man.

As for the nurses, many are lovely and are just doing their job which is understandable. It must be hard on them seeing people in such a shitty situation.

Wishing you all the best on your journey and let cross our fingers you will not be stuck in there too long as it completely messes with your mind.
Not sure if they have started you on a crap load of medications either. For me I am on so many just to try and restore my body and mind lol

they gave me tons of ssri, antidepressants, and i never took them, I always flushed them down , I'm too scared ill gain appetite or weight, it terrorizes me , it's too hard.

i have arfid too so i understand you, , I don't eat anything else other than cookies , and brioches, both have to be the same specific brand everytime , , because I'm too scared of anything else , i don't miss the taste of food , not at all.

I think arfid is actually pretty rare , compared to every other ed , so i guess you can say you're unique , ;)

thank you , for the kind words, you're a lovely person , i hope the best for you 💖

Sorry in advance if this is breaking any rules, and I do not mean to offend.
It appears that you've chosen this as your CTB method, but it's a non method, and this could continue for years or decades on end. This site has info on viable methods, as you are likely aware. I'll leave it at that.

I'm not sure, if it was you that asked about ctb with this method...
I post something about isabelle caro (maybe search for it, she was from france) but she wasn't forced to go into hospital when her weight was very low.... but she also didn't die fast.
(she only got into hospital because she fell into coma, but was at home with a very low weight. no sure but it seems so, she made this pictures, when she looked like "bones", I don't think that she was forced to go into hospital all the time.

But to die by anorexia could take years because of it.. (was thinking about ti myself, but then I searched for her story and made me realize it's hard to ctb by this, because she lived many many years with this bmi, looking like a skeleton. fell into coma. wake up again. in the end she died of a normal illness, nothing serious.

I'm sometimes wondering if this depends on how old you are... when you are older (maybe 30+ they don't care ? I'm not sure lol, but she looked so old, and I also know, that teenager got into hospital very fast ...so i wonder why she didn't need to go to the hospital ? or is it because of her country, don't know.

I agree.
Except!!!… "Maybe 30+ they don't care" !?!?!?!?! (Why would they not care after 30????).
I watched this happen with a relative in her early 70's. "They" definitely cared, and she was forced to stay alive against her will for years.
