Me personally, I only sleep for a full night once every few months or so. Usually only 7 hours tops even on those days. Pretty much every night I'm waking up every few hours to pee, and I'm having chronic nightmares while asleep. I used to smoke weed so that it would take away my ability to dream, and make me wake up less throughout the night, but I lost my plug so I've been forced to be sober for months now.

Throughout my years of trouble, on or off meds, my sleep is generally not effected too badly. I sort of just blackout most nights because I'm exhausted, seems no matter how much sleep I get I'm constantly tired.

Not sure if this classes as good sleep.

I used to get good sleep every couple weeks, but in recent months a combination of vivid dreams that leave me with an unbearable sense of loss and "you can't sleep until you've accomplished something today" feelings mean I've been cruising at 4-5 hours

Ngl it's my own fault I can't sleep now. I wake up in the middle of the night to hit my vape. It did start because I was waking up already but it worsened the problem

That sounds horrible, my condolences.

I get good sleep if I wake up the same time daily and hold it for around 2 weeks (and obviously do the bedtime/daylight/caffeine/exercise/stress/winddown/diet/alcohol/hydration timing/etc).

Good sleep has been something I've had to actively work at for the past 15+ years. I had a pretty bad last couple of years, so since this it's been terrible again. Finally back on a med combo that helps me sleep. It's tough, and good sleep is a big part of getting things together.

I tend to stay awake for like 15-20 hours at a time so I can sleep. Lately my dreams have been unnerving to me but my...ahem... "Medicine" helps me sleep after a puff or three. But I've been forcing myself to get some more rest even if I'm stuck awake in bed for a couple hours before then.

For lots of reasons -- boring to everyone but me -- but I haven't had a good night's sleep in literally years. Until recently -- last night I went to bed at 9 and I didn't wake up until almost 8 this morning. No one was more shocked than me! And I sure needed it. I am sincerely hoping I can do it again tonight.

NEVER! That is the main reason I am here! Was taking a massive amount of drugs (legal ) to sleep since I was a kid. Had to go off of them all cold turkey. The damage that did is MASSIVE. Keep trying new ones...I have some kind of OCD where I MUST sleep 8 hours! Found some that work...but the side effects have DESTROYED me mentally and physically!

I don't now. I'm constantly in physical pain, and have recently become more reliant on my wheelchair to get out and about. My mental health has never been good, but being physically ill is making it worse.

Been exercising myself to exhaustion every day this month. It's been helping get good quality sleep. My sleep schedule is still fucked, though. Need to fix that next, real soon.

I mostly wake up several times (4-8) a night on a bad night and at least once on a good one so I never get really more than 4 in a row. And when I did recently I still dreamed about an ex sooooo rip

I get around 10 hours of sleep per day. The issue is that at a certain point my head hurts and I can't fall back asleep. I wish I had a solution for this. I'd like to sleep for 16 hours a day while I can.

Honestly the best sleep I've ever had was when I smoked weed. I would get absolutely baked before sleep and wake up a full 8-10 hours later actually refreshed. Never trusted any of that pharma crap.

I have NO idea what kind to buy! Everyone tells me that! There are so many kinds! Speaking of which, I need to take my sleeping pill so I can get 3 hours of sleep....I will follow you! Any advice will help!

Any Indica type strain would be helpful for you, some hybrids may also work. Avoid Sativa if you're just trying to knock out.
