How often do you bathe?

At least once everyday, sometimes more. I'm sort of a germaphobe, so I take one whoever I feel like I've touched something unclean.
Doesn't happen much anymore, since I don't go out.

I used to bathe every day but over the last few months I don't even care about it or keep track of it anymore. Whenever I have to go somewhere and look normal basically which could be days and days between each time.

Not as often as I should. It's hard to just get out of bed, and nobody really has time to help me with things like that. I feel shitty about it, but it's not like I go out or anything, so who cares?

When I had things to go to in the outside world, usually every day. Now, especially since my gf moved away, sometimes I can let myself go for over a week. What's the diff anyway...not going to be around humans.

Once every other day, and that's just because I sweat too much. It was worse when I was a kid but I'm glad it's something that I've atleast improved on.
Depending on my depression sometimes daily when I feel good, every other day but now it's about 2 times a week and I wash hair every 2 weeks or so. At my worst I went a whole month without shower and probably 4-6 months without washing my hair. When homeless I couldn't bathe easily but ironically I bathed more then because we spent a night in a hotel every so often.

This must be the only internetforum where you can say you don't wash daily without being ridiculed, LOL.
Anyway, I only wash when I go outside, usually to do errands.
Or when I expect company (landlord, parents).
On average I do errands 2 times a week so on average I bath 2 times a week.

My depression and lack of energy make me bathe twice a week. The rest of the time I keep myself clean with Baby Wipes and always wear clean clothes. When I was healthy I showered every single day and brushed my teeth twice a day but those good days are sadly over.
Kind of gladly surprised that not everyone showers or bathes every day. When I was really depressed while living in dorms I used to go weeks without showering (due to being scared of using the communal bathrooms which had mold in it anyway) until my friends shamed me into showering every day because they said it would drive off girls if I don't. Little did they know that the rest of me is just as unclean as my unshowered body was.
Now that I live at home I do shower every day, but that's because I've come to like the feeling.
I live "alone," so I don't feel the need to shower daily, at
this point every other or every two days. I wash my hair every 2-3 weeks when I remember or have the physical capabilit.
Teeth? When I'm leaving the house for sure, if not, if I feel like it. I don't like brushing my teeth or toothpaste.
Daily but in my most catatonic states it can be 3-5 days before I can bring myself to again. I always end up feeling embarrassed when this happens even though nobody else knows.
Force myself to do it every other day but every day in summer. I stopped caring much about what other people think, so I've just settled on this as a minimum for skin health. Washing feels nice but it just needs a lot of motivation, been like this for years sadly
2 days a week. The prospect of showering only twice a week may sound revolting to a lot of people, but in truth, we really only require 1-2 showers a week to maintain health and hygiene, assuming one doesn't work a "dirty" job that exposes you to dirt and grime on a regular basis. Most people in the Western world shower far beyond what is actually necessary to maintain health.

I agree I have literally gotten to the point where I can shower 1 time a week and not smell like BO. I may not smell super fresh but I don't wreak of BO. Now I don't even miss it. I'm such a depressed worthless fuck that 1 time a week is plenty. I don't change sheets either. Why would I . Fuck it.
