How not to vomit Zolpidem Venlafaxin

Hello!

So I have 350 pill Zolpidem 10mg and 100 pill Venlafaxin 150mg. I believe those are more than enough to ctb. My only concern is how to make sure I am not going to vomit after taking them! Should I eat a little bit before? Take Omeprazole?

Prescription medications, and especially those made for mental health problems, are made to be as safe as possible so people don't accidentally or intentionally die taking them. Even moreso with OTC medications that the public can just buy willy-nilly without a medical professional getting involved. They're put through so many trials and tests across years of work, so dangerous things either don't get approved or are removed from the market when that drug ends up causing issues down the line.

You're just wasting your time if you try to overdose on meds.

those are nowhere near enough i don't think. zolpidem i assume has an extremely high ld50 (i'm not 100 percent sure but i know benzodiazapines have such a high ld50 that it's almost impossible to take enough to CTB (not impossible but you would need to probably either inject it or something) the main danger with those sorts of drugs isnt the lethality, it's more likely atleast for benzos that 1. you take too much and lower your inhibitions too much and do something stupid, or 2. with zolpidem specifically it's much more sedating than most benzodiazipines so you're more likely to just fall asleep (and then possibly experience some really bad rebound anxiety the next day. again this could all be wrong because im assuming it works atleast similar to benzodiazipines seen as it was developed to try and create a less addictive alternative)

as for the venlafaxin i googled it and google says you'd need grams to ctb with it. also from my googling it's an SNRI so if you were to use that you'd be more likely to give yourself serotonin syndrome which i have given myself minor serotonin syndrome before and trust me, it's not fun. basically this is a bad idea.

(also PS eating before taking substances actually makes them take longer to kick in, for most atleast as far as i'm aware)

edit: also speaking of benzo ODs and doing dumb shit, i recently had a moment where i took too much nitrazepam and ended up taking my entire stash of pregabalin which came out to about 8000mg but even that was relatively safe. I did end up having to go into hospital but the highest recorded dosage of pregabalin was 8400mg from a man who went into a coma after but was basically fine, and the like ultimate safe upper limit that they tested was 8 grams.
