How noisy is ctb with SN?

I plan to take SN at night while grandma sleeps in the next room. We live in a house built during Stalin's era for the party elite, so we need to have good soundproofing. As far as I know, agonal breathing sounds the same as snoring, so the question is, will I wake up grandma?

I'd be more concerned about the noise from likely vomiting than the agonal breathing
