Help How much xanax should i take for SN?

I know the SN bible says to take like 20x30mg for oxazepam but unless im mistaken it didn't have anything in there about xanax?

trust me take it from someone who spent 100s and 100s and 100s of $$$ on xanax for this method, chugged a whole vodka and mixed with cough syrup and a sheet of depressants and it didnt work save yourself the pain and money

I think they either tried to overdose with antidepressants or other drugs. If they indeed meant SN method, they probably failed because they should'nt have drunk vodka with SN. Alcohol is not recommended with SN. For your original question, I also couldn't find a dose suggestion for xanax, but I wouldn't stress over it if I were you. Just test your xanax beforehand to see how many tablets are needed to make you overly sedated and/or sleepy.

Benzos are taken to stay calm and sedated not to knock you out. If you take more of them you may be knocked out before you can take the SN or you are not able to drink the second glass. People succeeded without Benzos.

It will depend how much you are used to Benzos.

This isn't an advice but then you may not need a lot. Idk how "strong" Xanax really is but afaik the doses per pill are small.
