Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I think you've just answered the question for yourself: it's different for different people. It's different for different weights and metabolisms. It's different for different dosages and protocols. There are things you can do to speed up the process (e.g. take more SN, take AEs, take antacids, fast beforehand). But I think you just have to accept that there's going to be an inherent level of unpredictability to when the SN kicks in for you.

I have my doubts about the authenticity of that tbh. Not only have I never heard of SN taking that long there's no 'last edited' on the timeline post they gave which I find odd.
IMO it's fake or they took something that wasn't high purity SN.

the thread you linked (assuming it's real) is extremely atypical time wise. it's more like 30 minutes after ingesting it, but not everyone is the same as said above. having nothing in your stomach minus the water you take the meds with is important, hence why it's in the protocol.

the only reason I can think of for the no edit would be they just kept it open and coming back to it vs editing or making a new post which involves more clicking around, then finally sending once they started to go out. just thoughts. I'm not fully sure how I feel either but I can't say my mind immediately went to "it's fake" but that's just me.

Fair enough regarding the timeline post. I just noticed he said "before I send". Disregard that I just found it odd because I haven't seen someone do that before.
But still, the amount of time that passed just isn't consistent with this method. I still believe it's fake or he took something that wasn't high purity SN, maybe curing salts. I don't think this post should be used as an example because it's not typical at all and imo not physiologically possible. It could also mislead people into thinking they have lots of time to seek help, when they don't.

I don't disagree with your take that it might not have been pure. they did mention eating after which is a general no no. not vomiting isn't automatically a sign of a fake post, as it's not a blanket side affect, just very common. but eating anything carb based would in theory soak up the sn but still…. 30g and all that time doesn't make a ton of sense.
edited to add: I don't want to derail what could be a real goodbye thread but it feels like the purity was off. DS is very right in that it could mislead people who don't know this method well on how long they have to call for help should they change their minds.

Possible though. The thing is he decided to eat a bunch after SN ingestion and who knows what he ate before.
Also new account so untrustworthy in any case.
Best case: fasting, meto, quick metabolism, no vomit or small vomit = 10-20minutes. No one can stay conscious for 30+ mins given those conditions and high SN dose.
Worst case: no fasting, no meto, slow metabolism - can take even 1-3 hours, can even not fall unconscious at all if the attempt is botched (above plus vomiting = high chance of it)
