How much time do you spend online?

Since I lost my job and girlfriend it's actually frightening. I just lay in bed all day basically scrolling mindlessly on my phone.

Nah i really dont have a job im mentally ill disabled and i cant do that i feel like shit at the end of the day if i stay scrolling all day i try and distract myself watch a movie play a videogame i hate doom scrolling shit fries my brain. Lol

When I'm not at my wageslave job, I'm pretty much always online. So, usually for about six hours in the evening when I am home from work, and then on Saturdays and Sundays I'm online for 12+ hours - practically the entire day.

But being online isn't just about "scrolling". I consider the time I'm connected to wifi and relying on the internet to do what I'm supposed to do.

I've been playing offline games so it helps to not being online a little.

But these poll numers are rookie numbers, easily 10h+.

Quite a lot when not at work but I've consciously been reducing my time on social media. I could easily spend my whole evening just doom scrolling. I've deleted at lot of people I follow so that I'm seeing less content. Which is pure trash content. I've been watching a movie or playing a game instead to pass the time.

I used to spend quite a bit. I still do, but I dont socialize anymore. Usually just watch media, or read. The internet becomes healthier when you evade the people I gather.
