it's fine to vomit imo as long as you have a second cup. it's good to not vomit, but trying to keep it down will just make you puke with your mouth closed (gross).Would you believe that the fear of vomiting is the biggest hurdle that I'm facing at this point lol? SN arrived today and I have meto and Xanax. I haven't vomited in about 30 years
