How much of this site is visible to the public eye?

I believe the entire site is in public view. Having an account only allows you to post, reply, and like, but a lurker can still see most if not all of the site. I don't know this for sure, I'm not an admin. But I did lurk for a long while before joining.

Honestly they need to make the bulk of the forums for members only (even to view). Maybe leave some of the sticky for public viewing but it shouldn't be so accessible unless you are willing to put down email and give a reason for signing up.
