How much is enough

Hello, I am wondering if the meds I have been saving will be enough. I have Tramadol, trazadone, a few hydrocodone and some xanax. I really do not think the mixture will be effective but I can't keep going to the doctor, plus the doctor will not give narcotics.
I feel I have wasted so much time and money for nothing. I am getting to the point-time where I need to ctb and feel like I am not going to be able to get there. Thanks for listening.
