Not much. Usually I seem to get 3-4 hours. And it's super broken sleep. On a good night I can get 5 hours.

Just thinking about it now, but if I oversleep I get a headache. Only on weekends and a holidays, but sometimes if I slept and then wne back to sleep I'd get a headache if I went to sleep again. Usually nothing a sharp coffee and some painkillers couldn't cure, but still. Anyone else get this? Hasn't happened for years now.

I can get migraines if I under-sleep. Plus I get crazy moody. I would probably sleep about 12 hours naturally if not for my stupid job.
